I am trying something different to get me off the carb train and on to the protein one. I need your help doing that..and that will be a separate post. I am going back to basics...protein drinks..and soft foods until dinnertime.. Going to try this for a week. B-protein drink 12 oz-30 g S-protein drink 12 oz 30g L two hard boiled eggs 12g S-jello SF D-taco with ground chicken and light sour cream...13g S-Slim a Bear SF ice cream bar??? Need to ck the carb count... Joanie

Try to eat more fruits and vetgetables than using any carbs stuffs.... cut some fresh fruits or bring small thin cut celery or cucumber to eat for snacks

Good Morning, Good luck with that carb thing. It's a tough one. I struggle every day. B - went out, 1 scrambled egg, 1/2 piece whole wheat toast L - having a 1/2 cup peanuts right now D - 1/2 piece chicken cordon bleu I made the other night S - Sf popsicle Pam

B- oatmeal L- 1/2 a spinach wrap with red onion, bacon and turkey dipped in red wine vinegar D- slimfast low carb shake S- celery with creamcheese I am also avoiding carbs but it is tough. I have 12 pounds to go to meet my Dr.'s goal weight. I think if I can cut out these carbs I will be able to get these last pounds OFF!?! Keep up the great work. Chryssie
