Joanie's Food Log-Monday
I am trying something different to get me off the carb train and on to the protein one. I need your help doing that..and that will be a separate post. I am going back to basics...protein drinks..and soft foods until dinnertime.. Going to try this for a week.
B-protein drink 12 oz-30 g
S-protein drink 12 oz 30g
L two hard boiled eggs 12g
S-jello SF
D-taco with ground chicken and light sour cream...13g
S-Slim a Bear SF ice cream bar??? Need to ck the carb count...

B- oatmeal
L- 1/2 a spinach wrap with red onion, bacon and turkey dipped in red wine vinegar
D- slimfast low carb shake
S- celery with creamcheese
I am also avoiding carbs but it is tough. I have 12 pounds to go to meet my Dr.'s goal weight. I think if I can cut out these carbs I will be able to get these last pounds OFF!?!
