Hey Everybody, I am sorry that I did not post last Saturday and Sunday because I was very busy with my family and friends. This morning I did 15 min on excercise bike and will do push up and sit up with excercise ball tonight with my daugther who likes to count how many times I did sit up and push up. SMILE! Then will hit treadmill for 35 min while watching TV. 17 more days to go for VACATION at Deaf Cruise!!!!!! I bought excercise outfit for at cruise because it will be 90 degree there and I need summer excercise outfit. It looks great on me. I will send pictures of me at cruise with excercise equipment with view of ocean SMILE! Hope you find your time to do your workout Hugs Kathy k

Good Morning Kathy, I will be going early to do a step class at the gym. I tried one on Friday, and found I could actually get through it! I enjoyed it, so I will be doing that 3 times a week for a bit. If I can handle it, I will do the circuit afterwards. Pam

That is very good Cardio build up and you will feel more engery after working on it for few weeks Trust me! I am so proud of you! Kathy K

Kathy Good Morning! I did NO exercise this weekend..but I did do lots of heavy housework. Not sure I have every not exercised two days in a row since last Aug..when I began exercising! Tonight is our student directed water aerobics class...and tomorrow I am going back to the gym. I will go there at 5pm and then stay for an orientation from 6-7 so I can learn how to work some of the equipment. I went to bed at 7pm..yes 7pm!!! and slept all the way through until 6:15 this morning!! Guess I needed the sleep! Joanie

Hi All, Gym this morning did 25 min on treadmill and some weights. The scale has been moving last week i lost 5 pounds in this week i lost 4 pounds. I will be in the gym 4 days this week again.... Good Day ALL!!!!

I will be going to the gym tonight even though Im tired and still achy and sore from being sick. I will do 10 to 15 mins on the bike I hope if I can get one and then do my aquafitness class for 1 hour right after. followed by the HOTTUB and home and soup for dinner and bed.
