EARLY POST-OP SUPPORT GROUP

Whether you are a Norwalk Hospital patient or not, you are invited to attend the early post-op support group meeting this Wednesay (March 16) at 6 p.m. in Perkins Auditorium of Norwalk Hospital. Before our general question and answer period about all things post-operative, we will be having a group discussion about discouragement and the ways we may use minor setbacks as an excuse to overeat (or eat the wrong foods). With luck, we will all also hear of many successes and strategies in avoiding these potential pitfalls. Any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
