DENIAL OVERTURNED!!!!! WHOO HOO!!!!

I found out last week that I have been approved for a lap band placed over my old gastric stapling from 1982.  I had originally been denied by BC/BS of CT due to "not medically necessayr"!!!!  I took my case to ObesityLaw.com and they filed my appeal (no cost to me) and I did get approved.  I am absolutely thrillled except that I am dreading the appointment I have to go to next Monday to see Dr. Shikora...I am probably 20 lbs higher than I was the last time he saw me.

Anyone out there that wants to share band over bypass stories?  How are you doing?  Do you feel satisfied?  How much can you eat?  etc, etc
