Kathy's Excercise Log - Friday
Good morning Everybody,
I Love Fridays !
I hate Mondays
I had a good workout yesterday with my trainer last night. I am little sore from both arms this morning. Tonight I will do excercise with excercise ball and use tread mill for 25 min . I am hoping my friend will come my house tomorrow and we will go to shopping for buying shoes for our Deaf Cruise vacation. There are alot of sales for shoes for mostly of all stores! I hope it is just flurries outside tonight because I am tired of snow and do not want spoil our plans for shopping tomorrow.
It is not spring here yet because It was so cold yesterday and this morning. Come on WE all are waiting for spring will be here soon! So we can do excercise outside and have fresh air! SMILE!

Hi Kathy and Everyone,
I haven't had time to post the last couple of days, BUT, I have not been slacking! On Wed I did the water aerobics class, It was OK, but I do have issues with it because I just don't feel like I get enough of a workout, although everyone says you do. I talked to the instructer and we decided that I would wear my heart rate monitor the next class and see if that helps me with my mind set. I met Lauren there so that was pretty cool. She is really looking good! Last night I did my cardio kickboxing class and my middle management class. I did 15 minutes of abdominal excercises, 45 minutes of kickboxing and then 15 minutes of weights, bands and body bar. I felt great. I'm not sure what tonight will be either water aerobics or gym machines. Have a great weekend everyone!

There are things you can do to kick up your water aerobics workout. Wear flippers and use the floaty barbells..(I would hope they have these things)...We have one instructor that is good..one that is not so good. We take our pulse and it gets up there..you just don't feel it as much since the water keeps your body temp down.
