Good Morning..its another cold CT day. I am weighing myself at bigger intervals...every two days...and still the scale does not move. I am hoping they will measure me at the gym today...so I can see if I am losing inches..just wish I started at the beginning of my journey...
B-toast w/low fat melted cheese 9g
S-protein drink 30 g
L-chicken caesar salad 18g
S-going to try to skip this today...
D-probably Wendy's Chili...its dance night for my daughter and my son is working

Here is my food log
B low carb slim fast protein drink ( was rushed this morning since I did not feel like to get out from my bed too cold!)
S few grapes
L chicken salad
S Nectar protein drink
D Have not decide yet!
S Nectar protein drink after excercise
B- Coffee w/ half of a Q-Smart Bar
S - egg pie (don't know the actual name of this)
(I put eggs, with diced ham and cheese, mixed them together with salt and pepper then put it in the oven at 350 for about 1/2 hour. Sprayed a foil cake pan. Made two of the to have one at work and one at home.)
L - Chili
D - ?????

Good Morning All:
Its a real cold one today. BRRRRRRR.
Hope everyone is staying warm and toasty. I wish I was home in my pajamas and a very warm blanket right now.
Feeling real tired today, I have to talk to Dr. Barajas, the spirt of energy your suppose to get I'm not getting. I am walking everyday and started doing exercise tapes too. Hopefully its just still early.
Well here's my log for today.
B: Tea with LF milk and splenda
S: Zone Bar
LOTS OF PROPEL GRAPE WATER
L: 1/4 cup of Tuna with LF Mayo
S: SF Pudding (Kozy snack) Chocolate
D: ???? probably scrambled egg
S: SF Applesauce strawberry flavor
LOTS MORE OF MY WATER, HAVE A LATE MEETING AT WORK MONTHLY COMMISSION MEETING I TAKE MINUTES, SO I WILL BE BRINGING MY SUPPLY WITH ME.

Hi Joanie and everyone,
Been to the gym already, doing well there. Joanie, I hope you enjoy your new gym, it's been a life saver for me! I am doing great on the carbs, keeping under 50grams, mostly under 40, it's a struggle, but it helps the scale to move!
B - Carb Countdown yogurt (found the strawberry a bit on the sweet side)
L - 1/2 cup peas
D - not sure, going to a PTO meeting, maybe eggs with cheese
S - sf popsicle/or cheese
