Hi Gangs, I am counting the days until we will go to Deaf Cruise. 21 more days to go! I am going to bring summer fitness outfit to do excercise on cruise everyday. Of course I will make sure I will have some pictures of that fitness gym at Cruise to show aLl of you! SMILE! I ordered magazine called Low Carb Living which I read that magazine while waiting for my son who is seeing his private counselor last Frdiay. Here is website which it is 50 perceont off from EDiet.com. Great recipes for low carb since all of you know I refuse to use carb because I was queen carb in the past. https://www.lclmag.com/ediets/subscribe2.php Tonight I will meet my trainer to do weight lifts and cardio . Hi Kathy, I'm going to start posting again. I haven't been doing so well lately and need some motivation. Its fun hearing about your upcoming cruise. ( I am soooo jealous) You will have such a great time and try alot more physical activities than you would have if you didn't have the surgery. I'm not sure what cruise line you are going on...but many of them have exercise activities where you earn stamps. At the end of the cruise you turn the stamps in for prizes like T-shirts, wind breakers, fanny packs etc. Some of the activites were shuffleboard tournament, walk a mile around the upper deck of the cruise ship, volleyball, ping pong, & golf just to name a few. Anyways....my workout for today will be: Eliptical for 45 minutes Weights for 30 minutes. Have a great day, Kelly

Hi Kathy Last night I went to the town pool...five people from our class..agreed to do water aerobics on our own, until classes started next month. Just two of us showed up! We both agreed..it didn't matter how many were there...we would do this twice a week. We must have done a great workout...because my butt and thighs are sore today! Today I will go to my new gym be introduced to the machines. I will let you know how I do. I am soo psyched about having so many exercise options! Have a great day! Joanie

Hi All, Went to the gym this mornining and did the treadmill for 25 min and also did some weights... Good Day All!!!
