Joanie's Food Log Tuesday
I really should be ashamed to put my name on this log! I have been eating all the wrong things...well not all..but yesterday--it was cracker day... all day long! Not sure why I am purposely making these wrong choices... Time to get my head examined. I have my lunch/snacks all packed... Here is the plan today..that's my story and I'm sticking to it!
B-protein drink w/ unjury 30 g
S- 1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese w/ peaches 9g
L-Chicken salad (lite mayo) on green salad w/ff dressing 13g
S-momentum bar 12 g
D-chicken soup--(never had this last night..brought Boston Mkt to my Dad who was sick and had dinner w/him) will eat more chicken and vegies than soup. 1 artichoke..oh I found out one has 4 g of protein..and a few extra carbs..but 4 g of protein!
With the chicken from the soup...that will make about 16g total for dinner
S-orange (I am craving sweets...maybe this will help--my nighttime graze)
SF Jello w/ FF coolwhip

I know how you feel Joanie. When those carbs start calling, it's hard to say no! I did well yesterday, staying around 31 carbs for the day, carbs from veggies etc. No bread, no sweets, no potatoes. I was good. Hoping to have the same kind of day.

L - Peas 1/2 cup
D - not sure yet, daughter has a concert, so will try to do some kind of protein!!
S - sf popsicle/ cheese

Hi Joanie,
That is why I am staying out from CARBS and refuse to eat any CARBS because that is my fear to trigger back to CARBS things because I was QUEEN carbs.
B yogurt with rasberries
S nectar protein drink
L roll of ham with mozz stick with little mustard
S morning start bar
D lean hamburger with cheese without no bead and slice of tomatoes
S simple smart milk before I go to bed but will drink nectar protein drink after excercise tonight
Its ok Joanie, we all have our bad days.

Not a good day today either. I am running out of ideas, can't wait to go to the surgeon on Friday.

I had a cracker day the other day too Joanie. I don't even like crackers that much.. Weird how we are sometimes.

I started my new job yesterday and I LOVE it! I have been so busy, I haven't had a chance to make too many bad choices....
Monday...

L- Chicken salad on low carb pita, 2oz apple sauce
S- Detour bar
D- Leftover meatloaf & mashed pot w/ cheese
S- Rasin toast (at midnight)
Tuesday...
B- Raisin toast
CC Chocolate
S- D&D Coffee
L- Chicken salad, 2oz apple sauce
S- Detour bar
D- Ribs & mashed pot
