Kathy's Excercise Log- Tuesday
Hi Kathy,
I had another great workout at the gym last night! 1 hour of double step aerobics and then 1/2 hour of situps, pushups, tricep and bicep excercise and squats. Tonight I am taking a new class called Sculpt Express and then will go into the gym for the nautilus machines.

PS: I WISH THE SCALE WOULD MOVE THOUGH! I AM TIRED OF THIS PLATEAU!!!
I so hear you Sandy! The scale moved up 2 lbs for a couple of days and it really scared me. Its down today...and hopefully will spiral down from there. I am doing regular exercise.. The water aerobics is a wonderful workout..I am not sure anyone realizes what a wonderful form of exercise this is! Last night was our last class until April. We are still meeting on M and W...(five people from the class) and we are going to try to do our own workout. It should be lots of fun...
I am really disgusted with my eating and am feeling out of control lately. Today I will call the psychologist I saw pre op and see if she can "talk me down" from this sabotaging myself! I start out so well..then in the afternoon..I get so hungry...and night time after dinner...I can see old habits coming back!

Tonight I will meet with my trainer, Charles, and work my butt off (literally and figuratively, I guess!). I'm sure he'll put me through the wringer and then stick my on the elliptical for another 30 minutes to boot. I'm exhausted just thinking about it!!
