Another work week! Enjoy the mild weather today...
B-protein drink Unjury w/carb countdown milk-30 g
S-1/2 cup of cottage cheese (lowfat) w/peaches ?12g?
L-Homemade chicken salad on a greeen salad w/FF dressing 12g
S-1/2 Atkins pnute butter bar 10g
D-homemade chicken soup-with lots of chicken..I will have mostly meat and vegies..less soup. 12g
S-artichoke- ??not sure there is any..but I love these things!

It is called Pro-stat, I think it was Anne who turned me onto it. It comes in either wild cherry or butter pecan I think. It is a concentrated liquid. It has 15 grams of protein in 30cc. Only 60 calories per serving and no carbs. You can mix it into coffee etc. I take it as a shot. I find it kind of nasty, but it is easier to take a quick shot rather than gag down a protein drink. If I know I am not going to get much protein in during the day, or at the end, I just take a shot or two and I am all set. Might be good for Lauren too since she has a hard time with protein drinks. S: Zone chocolate mint bar
D: Piece of chicken (small)
S: none
Propel Water all day. Threw up alittle tonight, drank my water too fast, I was so thirsty. Better luck next time.
