Lori A & Deb M's Workout Update
Greetings everyone!
I just wanted to let everyone know how far Lori & I have come in terms of regular exercising...and enjoying it! We're meeting at least 3 morinings a week at our company's amazing fitness center, and once during the weekend, and we're working on both cardio and strength training, mixing it up a bit!
Lori has not only built up strength, but her stamina has increased in such a short amount of time, and I have started running on the treadmill! My goal is to run the Race for the Cure in May. Yes, Ladies & Gents, run a 5k! It's always been my dream to be able to run, and I think it's happening!
Look out world, here comes two healthy, faboo women who are ready to live the life we always dreamed out.

Hi Deb!!! How have you been!!??
That's terrific that you and Lori can work out together! Very motivating! I fell off the exercise band wagon 2 weeks ago when my entire family came down with the flu. They are all well now (thankfully!) and I am hitting the gym after work! I packed my bag and took it to work.
You are going to do great in your 5k!!! I'm so proud of you!!
