Confession--for the past 3 or 4 days I ahve not been true to my food log... I have been going against my plan of not eating carbs to eating much to much of them!! I need to buckle down there..this plateau is killing me! B-2 poached eggs 1/2 slice toast 13g S-Carb countdown choc milk 8oz 12g Snack-2oz of chicken 12 g Lunch-1/2 grilled chesse sanwich 1.5 slices of low fat cheese--8g Snack-1 cup of tea 24 oz of propel water D-turkey/spinach/salad 15g Snack-sF jello ff coolwhip...and maybe a frozen fruit 2o cup Joanie

Hello All, Well I did not do so good today. B: none S: propel water L: scoop of tuna S: propel water D: small spoonfull of eggplant parm S: Zone Almond Biscotti bar Propel waters all day. I got sick alot today, tried something I should not have and payed for it. Not a good day at all. All the stress this week just put everything out of whack. Tomorrow I will start over again. Wish me luck. One good note, I got on the scale today and I have lost 50lbs as of today. Its only been two months post op and I am so excited. Take care all Hugs Kim C
