TGIF gang! The weekend couldn't come fast enough for me! B-low fat cheese melted on rye toast 9g S-no snack L-left over chicken and spinach 3oz 19g S-no snack...but a protein bar if I cannot make it D-tuna salad over green salad w/dressing 18g S-pistachio nuts 5g

Stupid scale still not budging. Trying a protein drink this morning, don't like it. Gagging it down. Thought it might help. B - protein drink L - carb countdown yogurt D - leftover chicken S - cheese and/or sf popsicle Pam

Hi Joanie, I would like to share high fiber recipes because fiber stabilizes blood sugar which reduces cravings. That is why I am using more fiber to help me prevent plateaus. if you have enough fiber, it will blind to the toxins and carry them out from your body and allowing more fat to melt away. B- 2/3 cup of sugar free yogurt with sliced kiwi S smile smart milk 16 oz L wendy small chili with ceddar cheese on it S Nectar protein drink D No idea but will pick seafood for dinner when go out with my hubby S Water and simple smart milk Here are high fiber recipes Breakfast I use sliced of starwberries, kiwi or rasberries with sugarfree yogurt Lunch or dinner Green salad with roasted chicken breast, broccoli and sliced orange and skinkle of sliced almonds roast turkey with sliced red onion, mushroom, snow peas amd 3 tbs fat free ranch dressing skinless chicken with spinach veggie burger with roasted red pepper and sliced of skin peeled off cucumber snack 3/4 cup of red grapes 1/3 cup of cottage cheese 1 slice of amercian cheese with two sliced of tomatoes on other sides. That is what I did in the past. I do have plateaus mostly up to two weeks but I do not weight myself often and force myself to try on smaller pant than weight myself often. Have a nice weekend! TGIF is right! I am working alone this week and next week since my co-worker is on vacation... PHEW!!! glad to have acouple of days off B - Total Protein cereal w/raisins and FF Lactaid milk L - 2 slices of Mozz Cheese, 1 mini bagel toasted w/marg., apple slices dipped in peanut butter s - Carb Well peanut butter protein bar D - some kind of fish, salad

This week flew by for me. I start my new job Monday and have enjoyed the time off!!! B- 1/2 c Wheaties w/ CC milk L- Chicken salad on green salad w/ a little cheese D- Leftover mex lasagna S- Detour bar Have a great weekend! Carmen

Sorry I have not been on in a couple of days, I have had my grandmother's funeral and I got sick alot yesterday from my eating being screwed up.
