Kathy's Excercise log- FRIDAY!!!!!!!
Thanks for those wise and encouraging words Kathy! I have been a slacker in the exercise department lately... it started with a cold and not being able to last too long onthe treadmill to just getting out of the habit. But hubby just got the BowFlex set up in the basement today so I tried it out and it is a good workout on the muscles. We are going out to church and dinner tonight so I will followup with more bowflex and some treadmill. Kathy your weight loss has inspired me to start exercising more so the weigh will come off faster. I am 18 pounds away from being under 200 and I want to be there ASAP! I know I can, I KNOW I CAN!!!!
