Hello Everybody I am so happy today it is Friday!!!!! I had a good workout with my trainer and alot of laughs. I will be busy tongiht and have a date with my hubby tonight to go out for a dinner after seeing someone to check our income tax paper stuffs. My wonderful mom is taking my kids to go out for dinner and she is the best babysitter for my kids. We do not know what to do without her! Tonight I am planning to do excercise late on treadmill and situps after we will come home from dinner. I want to share what I learned something in the past and want to share with you all. Every time I heard my inner voice said I Can't then I say to myself I can do it instead cannot do it. Having the power to change myself has taught me that I can do whatever I want in life and it makes me more proud for myself. My daugther told me other day. She said to me before you had this surgery, I cannot put my arms around you and now look mom I can put my arms around you now. It touched my heart and know I did the right thing to have this surgery. Come on Everybody... Make a plan to have your time to do excercise and do not say I do not have time or I am too tired or no time to do it. You will feel great after you did your work out. Hi Kathy Your daughter sounds so sweet. I did no exercise yesterday.."my night off". I had a baby shower for a coworker last night...it was nice. Today I am looking into joining a gym. Anyone in the North Haven,Hamden, Wallingford area-know of a gym that does not require a year contract. I would feel much better in a month by month thing. I am also intersted in group exercise..rather than one on one with machines. Tonight I will do my WATP video. Joanie

I did a 1 hour workout yesterday. I tripled all of my weights because where I was at was too easy. I warmed up on the treadmill for 10 mins and then went straight to the machines. I did 2 sets of everything. I worked out hard. I will go to a different facility tonight. I have been given a 3 day pass to check the place out to see if I want to join. I will work out my same routine, that I did last night. Then if I have time I will treat myself to their hot tub after Im liking this working out thing. Im looking to join a jazzercise class of some kind. I want to get my aerobic workout not on the treadmill or ellipticals, but by dancing. I love to dance. So if anyone in the waterbury/bristol area knows of a jazzercise class, let me know. I will be working out at this new place for the next 3 days every day to see if I like it more than the Y. Its more expensive, but I get a personal trainer every time with this package and I dont have to pay extra for it. Kathy you got me hooked. Have a great weekend all. Hi Lauren I am looking forward to see you again with your slimmer body when I got back from my vacation. That is good start to work out and your body will building up toner if you keep excercise for any kind of excercises. Hi Kathy and everyone, I am so glad to see everyone posting about their excercise routine.It's too bad we all don't live near each other so we could join the same club and go together. I love my classes! I did a versa training today, which is step aerobics, hand weights, body bar and kickboxing moves and then an additional 10 minutes of abdominal excercises. I feel so wonderful after I excercise. I will have to go back to the gym when my son gets out of school . He likes to go with me to do the ellipitical and nautilus machines, so I like to encourage him. Have a great weekend everyone! Sandy

That is so wonderful to have your kids involved for excercises to build up so they will have better healthier when they grow up into an adult because we do not want our kids to be obesity like we were before. I am so happy you love this classes and let's hope Joanie finds her fitness gym for herself too!!! Hugs Kathy K

Hi Kathy; Between the snow and an absolutely crazy week at work, I haven't gotten as much exercise as I should have. I made up for it today with a really good walk with wife and dog. I'm also going to spend some time doing situps and stretching exercises. Mike

I went to my BIL's and walked on his treadmill for 1/2 hour while my daughter was in school. It was a pretty good walk and it sure helped with a little extra energy for the rest of the day!

Hi Kathy and Everyone, I am giving you my weekly update on my exercise. I am really enjoying the gym I joined. My older daughter is going now, so we went together today. I am currently doing 3 times a week on the circuit, and 3 times a week in a class. The class that I can do is called Cardiolow Ball. I am enjoying it. I am trying to work up to the point where I can do the circuit and a class so that I am doing an hour a day. Pam
