Hi Everybody,
I pasted this from Healthy living for inspirational quotes

I feel great today! I feel my body is ready to RECHARGE for engery and excercise tonight!!! Smile! I am going to meet my trainer tonight to work hard my workout for an hour.
You know that the value of excercise is never-ending. Not only does a good workout build healthy bones, muscles and internal systems, but it stimulates the brain as well. I like this words and pasted this from Healthy Living.

Hi Kathy,
I had a pretty good workout last night. I was out of work too late to join in on the aerobic class, so I went into the gym and did 20 minutes on the ellipitical machine, 20 minutes on the nautilus weight machines, 5 minutes on the stairmaster,12 minutes on the stationary bike, and 15 minutes on the treadmill. I get very bored in the gym though. I much prefer the classes, but the gym is better than just blowing off excercise all together.

What a great workout--I love the water aerobics. The Wed instructor really gets our heart rates up and does lots of leg/arm and tummy routines. In the past 8 weeks I went from knowing no one in there..to getting to know everyone. There is a six week break between classes...so we are going to do our own class. We are going to pay the open swim price for the pool (our local rec center) and all meet and do the exercises we remember.

I have been really slacking lately. After reading about your success yesterday, you have motivated me!!!
I am going to blow my exercise ball back up and go through the video w/ that (~20 mins). Also will go for a walk with my daughter and get some fresh air! Hopefully my husband (and dog) will join us!!!!

Tonight I will do 12 repatitions on the 12 nautalis machines. Before I begin I will warm up with 5 minutes on the the elliptical, 5 mins on the stairmaster, and 5 mins on the bike.
After work out if the pool is open I will do some deep water exercises in the pool. If not I will go home.
I work out at a different facility tomorrow night. I will do the same workout, but also the pool and end with the hot tub and possible sauna.
Saturday afternoon, I will do a deep water aerobics at the gym.
Sunday morning I will do the pool in the morning, and the treadmill in the evening.

You are making your angel proud and happy to hear this !!! SMILE I am so jealous you have better fitness center than my hometown. ENJOY THIS!! You will feel much better from a month from now if you stick to do excercise everyday and can skip one day for rest from excercise!
