Hi Kathy,
Sorry to hear you are under the weather today. Get better soon, better to be sick now though, then on your cruise. I had a fantastic workout at the gym last night. 50 minutes of step aerobics and another 45 minutes of weights and pushups and crunches. I was so tired after, but boy did I ever feel good! The best thing I ever did was join the gym.
