Fatigue
Susan, everyone recovers differently. For me, I was still fatigued at 30 days post-op, slightly anemic and still getting around slowly. At 6 weeks, I began to see a change, so I started an easy regimen on the treadmill. That seemed to help. I also began taking over-the-counter iron supplments, 65mg once a day in addition to the Vista Wellness Plus vitamin capsules. I think I was three months post-op before I began to feel completely normal again.

Hi,
I had surgery a little over a week before you..I have been back to work full time since week 3 and I am perking along pretty good..I have more energy now than I did before surgery..I think there is a sort of "magic day" you hit and suddenly you feel better..will keep my fingers crossed that yours is just aroound the corner!

I am 1 month post op and im exhausted. I know how you feel. I take vitamins, and am sleeping, sometimes i go to bed early because i just need the sleep. our bodies have been thru a lot. our recovery will take time. and everyone recovers differently. our energy will come back and then some soon, its just a matter of weeks and days. i think this weather has a lot to do with how we are feeling too. once it gets nice out i bet we wont be as tired. we just need to be in some sunshine. take care.
