Hi All, I just got back this morning from the Bahamas, it was my mom's 50th B-day present. We had a ball. Okay I have not lost any weight in almost 4 weeks. I even got on the treadmill on vacation... And did so much walking that I know i got my exercise in. My food intake is very small, I did eat more carbs than usually this week, but usually I don't... I try to drink as much as I can sometimes i drink 64oz sometimes I drink about 50 oz. Is there something I should be eating or drinking... Gives me ideas... Please... I am going to Florida in April and I want to lose at least another 20 pounds.... thanks

Magaly, This same thing happened to me. I stalled for 4 weeks. Then all of a sudden, I dropped like 25 lbs. in two weeks. It was incredible. Your body just needs to catch up. You are doing all the right things. Jus****ch the carbs, I have to everyday, no more than 40 a day. My body hates them, or loves them however you want to look at it. Pam

Magaly, You say your food intake is very small. Maybe you aren't getting enough to eat. Try adding a protein snack to your day. Your Bahamas trip sounds like it was wonderful. Terri

Hi Mag, Sounds like a wonderful trip. As you know, I am the queen of the plateau! It will come off...but it has a mind of its own Keep doing what you are doing. I pumped up my exercise routine and I think that's what got me going. This is the hardest part of the surgery...the darn plateaus. Hang in. JA
