Hey CT Family: Could you please send all your love and prayers out to my grandmother. She had a severe stroke on Friday of last week and it looks like she is not going to be with us much longer. We transferred her over to Hospice in Branford to make her as comfortable as possible. She is 93 years old and a wonderful woman. She is my best friend who I love dearly and has always been there for me and my family. My daughter absolutely adores her. This has been so hard for all of us having to put her in a convelescent home a few years ago and now this happens. I just want her to be in peace. We want to respect her wishes and not put her on any machines or anything else. I am being alittle selfish that I wish I could have her alittle longer, but she is not there anymore inside, its just a blank stare when she opens her eyes. I know she lived a great life and we had her a very long time and longer than other people do. I just pray to God she is not in pain and is not going to suffer much longer. Thanks for listening and send your love and prayers to her I would really appreciate all the support I can get. Love ya all Kim Callahan
