Where is everybody? Lots of new people here..which is great...Lets get some new blood on the food log ok? And you old timers?? Where the heck have you been?? I am feeling pretty lonely here! =-( B-1/4 of a bagel toasted with lite cream cheese..this is a first for me post op S-hard boiled egg L-Chicken caesar salad S-Momentum bar D-Chicken cordon bleu/spinach/2 tbsp rice S-escarole and chicken "soup" Regards to all..drive safely tonight Joanie

Hi Joanie, I finally passed away from my craving for salt things. Whew!!! B low fat yorgurt 12 g S Simple Smart milk 16 oz 20 g L chicken salad with low fat dressing S morning start bar D 2 meatballs with mozz cheese on it and small salad S Nectar protein drink

Hi Joanie, I would love to see some new "meat" on here too, come on everybody, posting here really helps you keep on target! B - going to breakfast with the kids, probably 1/4 of my daughter's omelet if I can get her to order one, or two scrambled eggs and coffee (love that caffeine once in a while) L - going to try a protein drink again D - roasting a chicken, so 3 oz. of white meat S - sf popsicle and/or some nuts Pam

Good Morning. Although snow means money for us, because of hubby's snowplowing, I am so sick of snow!!! I want SPRING!!! I want to see the grass in my backyard!! Now that that's off my chest, here is the menu: B- Morning Start Breakfast bar, Hard boiled egg S- DD Decaf coffee, Propel water L- salad w/feta cheese, lite dressing S- Strive protein bar D- baked chicken drumstick (no skin), 1 tbsp. mashed potatoes, broccoli Enjoy your day everyone! My daughter woke up with an earache, I am hoping to take her to the Dr, then take the afternoon off. I hate taking the time off since I only have a week left, but then again I can't wait to leave and don't want to be here.... Oh well, I will try to stick to my log. Hi Joanie; Yes, I'm one of the lazy ones who hasn't posted much: B- fat-free cottage cheese with sliced bananna and a few veggie chips S- s.f. popsicle D- roast chicken breast, asparagus, dab of mashed potato L- (Night shift) 1/2 turkey sandwich, marinated green beans, fruit S- cheese stick Have a good day!
