Joanie's Food Log-Wednesday
So far I am loving the journal at selfdietclub.com...its easier to use than Fitday... I recommend it to everyone...its free or the fisrst 60 days.
OK..here is today's plan
B-cottage cheese w/pineapple
S-hard boiled egg
L-salad with 1/2 cup chicken salad
S-chicken,escarole and bean soup...(very little soup...great recipe-high protein
D-I want to walk before I go to water aerobics..so maybe a Wendy's chili for something quick...

Good Morning everyone!
Here is the menu for me today:
B- Carb Countdown Yogurt, 12 gr protein
S- DD decaf coffee, then bottle of propel
L- green salad w/feta cheese, and lite dressing
D- fish (sticks), green beans and pasta roni (like 1 tbsp each)
S- reduced fat peanut butter - 1.5 tbsp. and 2 tsp. monterey jack cheese

I like Fitday a little better, but the Self site has the meal planner and such which is really nice!
I have to do better tonight than last night!!

D- no clue, forgot to take anything out of the freezer
S- Q-smart bar

L: Chicken Salad with LF Mayo (1/4 cup)
S: Low Fat Caramel Crisps Soy Chips from Glennys SF
D: Refried Beans with LF cheese
S: SF Philly Swirl
Lots of Propel water today and some Crystal Light Ice Tea.
