Anyone doing this walk in New Britain on Sat Oct 4.I just signed up to walk with Aranows team.Its at 10:00 at Walnut Hill Park.Looks like fun hope we have nice weather.You can walk from 1 to 3 miles.

it's fun...i did one two years ago...to be with so many people that have had some form of bariatric surgery is great! Vendors usually there handing out samples, etc.

Not sure what's up this year, but can't attend.

Hey Mike,

I did this last year. It was cool to see so many post ops there. This year, I am walking a 26 mile walk (well, at least 13 miles) from Old Saybrook to Waterford on the same date so I won't be at the Walk from Obesity. It should be fun though. Last year, they had booths with protein drinks, drs. and other bariatric products. Last year, it was at Lighthouse Park in New Haven. Anyway, it was inspiring for me last year as a new post op and I hope you all have a great time.
