I did so well yesterday--partly because my dinner did not sit well. I had tummy problems all night. Oh well anything to keep me from night grazing. B-cottage chesse w/pineapple 1/2 cup 7g S-hard boiled egg 6g L-Salad with 1/2 cup chicken salad m12g S-peanuts 6g D-escarole and chicken soup w/beans (more greens and chicken than broth) 17g S-carb countdown choc milk 12 g 40oz of propel..plus decaf coffee and milk...over 60oz! I craved for salt stuffs because of my period but refused to touch any carb chips etc.. B morning start bar S Simple Smart milk L Chilli with ceddar cheese from wendy S Nectar protein drink D Cod fish with green beans S WATER WATER after excercise

Night snacking is the worst for me. I guess if I keep my calories down during the day, then I won't have to worry so much at night! B- Oatmeal (3g) S- 12 oz CC Chocolate (18g) L- Salad w/ Chicken salad (12g) D- Leftovers.. Probably prime rib & green beans (18g) S- SF Banana Bread Cottage Cheese & FF Ruffles if I'm still munching Have a great day everyone!!! Carmen

Good Morning everyone. I am still stuck on a plateau. I think I am done losing weight, really. I am so so discouraged!! I am going to try to eat less and see if that's it. I have been eating between 1000-1200 calories per day, getting at least 65-70 gr of protein, but still not losing anything at all. For weeks, going up and down, up and down... I am going to try to feel hungry for a change. Usually I eat something every few hours, never really getting very hungry, and possibly I am eating too much at dinner, so I am going to cut back on portion sizes. That was always my problem pre-op, portion sizes...maybe I am falling into old patterns without realizing it. I am eating to feel full, not eating to lose weight. I am going to weigh and measure my dinners from now on, and see if that helps. B- Carb Countdown yogurt, 12 gr protein S- DD decaf coffee, then bottle of propel water L- green salad w/feta cheese and lite dressing S- hard boiled egg (if hungry), otherwise water. D- chicken breast w/mushrooms, not sure of veggie yet. S- tbsp. peanut butter, 2 tsp. havarti cheese Have a good day everyone. It feels like Monday.. Anne

Anne, I am sorry that you are getting discouraged. It must be so hard when you get really close to the big goal. Sounds like you have a good plan to try to jumpstart the weight loss. Hang in there. terri

I had a grazing kind of day yesterday mainly due to poor planning and not having something with me when I went to work for a few hours. Back to normal today though. B - Coffee w/2scoops beneprotein Total Protein w/lactaid and raisins s - string cheese L - 4 cheese raviolis w/meat sauce and mozz cheese s - carb well p-nut butter protein bar D - taco flavored beef w/veggies over salad greens and a few tortilla chips s - sf,ff pistachio pudding w/ dollop of cool whip free
