A snowy Monday out there! Everyone here has the day off except me! Be careful driving- For the last week I have felt the scale "trying" to move...but it hasn't. Going to really try to lower those carbs this week. So far my menu journaled on Fitday.com..shows 55g of carbs. Lets see if I can keep to it. B-1 slice LITE rye toast with lo fat cheese melted on it 14 g protein S- 1 hard boiled egge 6 g 24 oz of propel finished 30 min before lunch L-perdue low fat chicken over a salad w/lite dressing 14g S- Momentum bar 12g 16 oz of Fruit 2O before dinner D- 2 oz of baked ham--broccoli w/low fat cheese melted 25 g S- 30 pistachio nuts 6g 8 oz of carb countdown choc milk 12 g Totals- 1,025g cal-6 carbs-79g protein Ok..lets hear what YOU are eating today. I would love for someone to share their Fitday totals too! I will let you know how I did.. XOXO Joanie

I am at work today too, although I doubt anyone will come in! We ran out of oil during the night (it's 55 in the house) and my daughter is home sick! I get so mad being here for no reason on days like this, but I guess next week will be the end of all that! B- 16 oz CC Chocolate (24g) 1 hour later - Oatmeal L- Probably Wendy's chili (21g) S- Banana bread D- 3 oz Steak, broccoli w/ cheese & mashed potatoes (25g) S- Cottage cheese w/ a few Ruffles light (10g) Have a wonderful day and Please drive safely if you must go out!!!! Well I had the day off, its a real mess out there today, my daughter is on vacation this week from school. I was suppose to take her to my cousin's today to stay over for a few days, well hopefully it will get better later. B: Drinkable Danon LowFat-Low carb smoothie yogurt S: 1/4 zone bar L: Scrambled egg with lowfat cheese (rondole veggie) S: (3) Atkins peanutbutter cups D: Turkey breast (2 slices) S: 1/4 zone bar Lots of Propel Water and Crystal light today too. Hi Joanie, Lets see what I had today! B- 16 oz coffee and 1 atkins protein drink S- 1 slice of toast L- 1 slice of pizza (white with eggplant) S- 2 cups 98% fat free popcorn D- 2 slim-a- bear Klondike bars Sandy PS: I think I could have made better choices but it felt like a holiday being off from work today.
