Deb M. & Lori A.'s Fitness Regimen
Hi Everyone,
It's been awhile since I posted and I wanted to share the new exercise regimen that Deb M. and I have undertaken. We have a beautiful fitness center at work and have comitted to working out together during the week and on the weekends. The Center has fitness instructors, every machine possible, circuit and free weights, exercise classes, video tapes that you can use there and/or bring home, fitness books and magazines, even a punching bag. Deb took kick boxing lessons and is teaching me how to box.
We both find that having an exercise partner is a big motivation to show up as well as to do our best while we are there. So far we have been meeting at 6:15 a.m. to work out, since we have full showering facilities, blow dryers, hair supplies, etc. That way, we don't make excuses after work. We'll keep you up-to-date on our progress!!!

All this talk of fitness and exercise is great motivation for me.
I use my gazelle at home (still very shy about gyms) and it works well.
Doing 2 miles per day... my commitment to myself and promise to my nutritionist.
