Hi Everybody, I am so happy today is Friday because I will have a long weekend ( no work on Monday SMILE!). My back finally got better and I will take easy to do my excercise to build it up. Will do treadmill for 40 min tonight on walk only , not running. Pretty soon I will go to shopping for clothes and shoes for DeafCruise in March. I bought precribed (sp?) glasses for my sunglasses which I hate to put clip over my glasses and prefered to wear cool sunglasses at Cruise and pool too. I will see my chiropratic doctor today and talk about my back. Have a nice workout! Hope you get moving around instead sitting down on the couch or chair. Hugs Kathy K

Hi Kathy, TGIF here too! Long weekend yippee! Today I will do the elliptical for 35 minutes.... I also line dance on Friday evenings. I'm very jealous of your cruise. I love to travel....but have only a few weekend trips planned this year so far. I think I am waiting until I lose more weight and start feeling really good about myself. Did lots and lots of walking at the casino. I also read somewhere to add steps to my day...to walk the periphery of a store before you go shopping..and that is what I did at two stores today! I also did the one mile WATP with weights for the firs ttime. It was a more intens workout! I bet you are psyched about this cruise Kathy! What a great reward you have given yourself!! Hope you back feels better so you can get back to your normal exercise routine. Have I told you--you are my inspiration? Keep up the good work! XO Joanie
