Good Morning Everybody, I did my excercise last night at home by doing treadmill for 25 min , no sit up because of my back. My back is killing me today so I will give my back rest and no trainer tonight. Hope it will feeling better tomorrow so I can do my excercise Kathy K

Hi Kathy, Today I will do the elliptical for 35 minutes, then do some weights for about 30 mins. Have a good day and be gentle with that back! Kelly

Kathy I had a great aerobic workout a****er aerobics class last night. We took our pulses and I was in the fat burning range. Today before I go to work at 10 am...I am going to do a one mile video with WATP. I am meeting a friend at the casino tonight..I got free tix to a concert there. Have a great day! Good Morning.... I had my routine made up for weights last night... it will seem to do the trick! Today is a cardio day and maybe upper body... 30 minutes of the elliptical. and upper body weights..... Have a wonderful day! Beckie

I went to the gym this morning and did 25 min on the treadmill and some weights. The scale does not move....
