I had an awful day at work yesterday--sure hope it goes better today! Eatingwise..I am sticking to my plan..which is good. B-hard boiled egg S string cheese L-chicken salad over a green salad S-protein bar D-Chicken cordon bleu and spinach S-sF jello ff coolwhip lite Joanie

You had a bad one too??? Must had been the moon or something. B: Oatmeal with brown sugar, maple syrup(lo cal) and 1% milk l: leftover sandwich from dinner on Sunday. d: Marinated turkey tenderlion Hopefully no snack today, but noon until 8pm is a LONG time. Had peanut butter yesterday, but the taste was just not the same as before I started this diet a week ago. Changes quickly I guess. Peter

Good morning. Monday and Tuesday for lunch I ate a small sliver of a 3 foot grinder, and about 4 teeny strips of pickled eggplant someone at work had made. While it tasted great, Ii do not usually eat white bread, or really any bread, and for 2 days my stomach was so "gurgly". It had to be those lunches...anyway, feeling fine today, and no bread for me thanks. B- Morning start breakfast bar, 13gr protein S- banana & strawberry slices I brought (if I feel hungry) L- green salad w/feta cheese D- fish (well, fish sticks - since I really hate "real" fish), and 2 tbsp. rice, and green beans. Enjoy another warm day in CT. Wish I could be outside instead of at work, but oh well, that's why they have to pay me to show up!! Anne

Hey Girls: Sorry my post is so late. Not a good day for me today either, work was absolutely nuts today, everything was going wrong. Went home from work early, had such bad cramps and an awful headache, stress, stress, I kept throwing up too. What a lousy week this week. PMS stinks!!! B: Danon Light Low Fat Yogurt-Strawberry S: just Propel water L: LF snack size cottage cheese S: Kozy snack SF chocolate pudding D: Wendy's Mashed potato with cheese and alittle bacon S: SF Fudgesicle Had a tough time with the potato, it did not want to stay down. I think I had alittle bit too much. Normally I do good, tonight was a bad night. Well tomorrow is a better day, I hope!! Take care everyone. Hugs KimC
