Hi Everybody, Last night, I did my excercise with my trainer for an hour then do my own cardio for 25 min. Tonight, I will do my lower abs excercise then do treadmill for 35 min tonight. Kathy K

Did my two mile walk this AM...the rest of the exercise will be coming from hauling laundry up and down the stairs, vaccuming and cleaning the house! Have a great day all! Ann 101lbs GONE!

Hi Kathy, I exercised today on my elliptical, but not for as long as usual. I was feeling alittle under the weather this morning, and I just couldn't do the whole thing. Tonight is my surgeon's support group meeting, so I won't have time to do more until tomorrow. Have a good day. Anne

Kathy- I walked outside..at a pretty good pace with my walking buddy. It felt good to be outside after my bad day. I also did one lap in the parking lot at noon...just to get out of here for awhile. We have no windows--so I have no idea what the weather is outside..but I will try to do another lap today at lunchtime..besides the exercise--it clears my head. Tonight I have water aerobics...love the Wed instructor... OK...who is slacking on reporting their exercise?? Lets get movin' CT! Joanie

Hello Everyone, Today I will do the elliptical for 45 minutes. The I go line dancing for a few hours. It isn't non-stop but it is good exercise. Enjoy your day! Kelly
