Beckie, What a great idea for a post. I am only one week post op so my initial small goal it to be rid of excess bloat I feel. It doesnt help that I got my period at the same time as surgery. Second small goal is to get out walking each and every day and to enjoy the weather no matter what it is. Thanks for the great post. Lise

Hey Everyone, I have reached 2 of my mini goals, I have fit into my powder blue jacket that just make my eyes pop. I love it and will be sad when it is too big to wear. (but happy in other ways) My second mini goal this was a major goal really, was to get under 300lbs. which happened this past Friday. So far I've lost 53 lbs. I think my next mini-goal will be to to reach 275 lbs. Hope everyone has a great day! Take care, Kelly

It is a beautiful day out there today. My mini goal is to be at 150 by the end of the month. I have six more pounds to go. Hopefully I will be able to start exercising more as well over the next week. Hugs, Maggie

THIS IS SO MUCH FUN!!!!! I posted this post on the December 2004 message board too... and I said I would update a picture when I meet my mini goal! That way I have to stick to it.

This post is fun! I was going to post this anyway, I met two of my first goals this morning, one to lose 50 lbs. and the second was to get under 300 lbs. which I have not seen in over 18 years!!!! Wooo Hoooo! Yaaaa for me! I am now 299 lbs. My next mini goal is to get down a size for a wedding I will be going to in March. I want to be able to buy something in a store instead of from a catalog that looks good on me. After that, it is of course to reach the century mark by my next dr. app on May 20. Pam

Hey Rebecca, What an inspiration you are, I have a mini goal I would love by the summer time to be in a size 14, and if I can get greedy a size 12. I would love to be able to fit in a seat in the restaurant and also to be able to go on rides when we go on vacation in August, my husband, daughter and I love amusement parks. This year we may go back to Hershey or maybe to Carowinds in North Carolina. Well thats my mini-big goal. Wish me luck. Thanks Rebecca for the incentive of posting this. Hugs to all KimC

What a great post!!! I have set mini goals for my self along the way and they are great motivators. My current mini-goal is to loose 15 pounds which will put me in the NORMAL weight range. I NEVER thought I would see that. Thanks for such an uplifting post. Chryssie

My goal is to be 210 by April which I am 20 pounds away then to fit my brand new size 13 gap jeans that I had for about two years. I have not been 210 since I was pregnant almost 10 years ago.
