Another week...back to work! I am truely dragging today!
The low carb thing (under 40g per day) didn't work for the weekend...so I will try the next five days. Maybe it will be easier while I am working. Whis me luck!

B: Atkins Protein Shake (chocolate) 1/4 cup
S: Small piece of Zone Bar (Strawberry Yogurt)
L: 1/4 cup chicken salad with LF Mayo
S: Small piece of Zone Bar (Strawberry Yogurt)
D: Turkey Meatloff (1/4 ounce) with some LF cheese
S: SF Philly Swirl Pop (cotton candy)
Thanks for the great email of encouragement. As of today I promise I will be part of this daily food log. I have only been walking so far as my exercise. Dr. Barajas told me I can start extensive exercise in a month or so.
It is so great to have all of you as my support.
