Hi Everybody Sorry I did not post Excericse log yesterday but Thank you to Joanie who posted it for me. I was very busy yesterday with my family. How was the bowling parties yesterday? I did excercise bike for 15 min this morning then will do my crunches for my lower abs then hit to do 35 min on treadmill tonight. I will join the new class in late spring called Spin class which means you ride a bike for an hour straight. Very hard but you can pedal as fast or slow you want. My trainer will be instructor for this class. It will be a great workout for cardio. Have a nice workout! Kathy K

Hi Kathy We missed you yesterday! Let me know how that spinning class goes! Bowling was lots of fun. Peter, Joanne, Carmen and her DH and Debby M. and my DH and I had a ball bowling! We went to dinner afterwards and Peter kept us entertained as usual! Water aerobics tonight-one hour! Hugs Joanie

Good morning! Today my daughter and I will go to the gym for 30 min. of the circuit. She joined for a month, hopefully I will be able to get her to sign on for a year. She does enjoy it so far. I hurt myself on Sat. doing some abdomen things, I took the day off yesterday, but will start back slowly today. We plan on trying some aerobic classes next week. Pam
