Kathy'Excercise Log- Monday
Hi Everybody
Sorry I did not post Excericse log yesterday but Thank you to Joanie who posted it for me. I was very busy yesterday with my family.
How was the bowling parties yesterday?
I did excercise bike for 15 min this morning then will do my crunches for my lower abs then hit to do 35 min on treadmill tonight.
I will join the new class in late spring called Spin class which means you ride a bike for an hour straight. Very hard but you can pedal as fast or slow you want. My trainer will be instructor for this class. It will be a great workout for cardio.

Good morning!
Today my daughter and I will go to the gym for 30 min. of the circuit. She joined for a month, hopefully I will be able to get her to sign on for a year. She does enjoy it so far. I hurt myself on Sat. doing some abdomen things,
I took the day off yesterday, but will start back slowly today. We plan on trying some aerobic classes next week.
