Kathy's Exercise Log-Sunday
Hello Everyone,
Well, I did great today, and am very happy with myself!
I did the 3 mile walk away the pounds this morning.(280 Calories)
This afternoon I went to the gym with the kids and did:
20 minutes on the elliptical machine (186 calories)
20 minutes on the bicycle (94 calories)
10 minutes on the stairmaster (100 calories)
Hope all who went bowling had a great time!
