I went to the gym and did 33 minutes on the elliptical machine 1/2 hour using the weight machines 18 minutes on the treadmill. Tonight I will be going line dancing. Take care, Kelly

Hello Everyone, Well, I did great today, and am very happy with myself! I did the 3 mile walk away the pounds this morning.(280 Calories) This afternoon I went to the gym with the kids and did: 20 minutes on the elliptical machine (186 calories) 20 minutes on the bicycle (94 calories) 10 minutes on the stairmaster (100 calories) Hope all who went bowling had a great time! Sandy... Congratulations on all that exercise! We bowled three games--and I was not tired like I would have been over seven months ago. I even did the 2 mile WATPs today! I love this new life! XO Joanie
