OK public service announcement over... I did great with little/no carbs yesterday. It wasn't easy though!! Its amazing how they creep back into your life...and how used to them you get!
B-hard boiled egg
L-shrimp with ****tail sauce
S-jello with ff coolwhip
D-out to Bennigans...steak hold the potato!!

Bfast: 1+ servinge of oatmeal with brown sugar, lo cal maple syrup and 1% milk
Lunch: Sandwich of some form. Going to guess Tuna again.
Dinner... FOOD
( just not a whole lot)
Had almost 100 oz of iced tea yesterday. Yes... diet and decaf.... flavored water.

Broke that plateau! I seem to see a pattern here, two weeks of plateau, two weeks of losing, I might as well get used to it!
I am hungry today, or think I am, trying to hold off on carbs until tonight, making some potato/corn chowder, I'll try to get all my protein in beforehand. I really want some carbs.
B - total protein 14g
L - cheese - I'll have to look up the protein
S - protein supplement, Swiss Miss Mocha (found sugar free, only 2 carbs per serving, and sf popsicles
D - potato/corn chowder 7g

I am slowing down on my weight loss so will try to keep track of my intake
here and on fitday.
B-12 oz coffee
1 slice of toast with a smidgen of butter and peanut butter
L- Protein shake
S- Chicken and eggplant with pasta and cheese
Snack- will be either SF jello or SF pudding with Lite cool whip
