Vitamin Question

How do you guys take your citracal + D. I have been crushing mine and putting it in applesauce. I know on the paper it says crush or dissolve them in water or crystal light but do not drink the sediment on the bottom. Is it okay to take it with applesauce and also is it ok to have non name brand. I take the target one.

I had surgery two days after you and at my 2 month appointment, Dr. Bell told me that I could now swallow whole pills. Does your dr. allow you to take whole pills? I still do chewable vitamins, probably because that's what I have in the house, but plan on taking nonchewables soon. Pam
