I take flinstones twice a day, b 12 once a week 1000 under tongue and I really slip on viactiv and citra cal but I am working on getting those in every day. Do the last two have anything to do with it?

I think that is it, I googled it and it showed all the signs of it. I will be faithfully take ALL my vitamins and over the next few days watch for progression of this. If it is gets better, I know I messed up but if it gets worse I will call Dr. Aranow. Thanks Peter I feel foolish now.

I'd call the doctor to make sure that's all it is. Peripheral neuropathy is often associated with diabetes or a host of other issues. But taking all your vitamins, especially at this early stage, is very important. Hope it works out well. --Steve
