Good Morning! Did a 3 mile fast- paced walk with Wife and dog this morning. It was beautiful, but the wind chill made certain that we kept up a fast pace!! Mike

Hello Everyone, I had a wonderful workout at Healthtrax last night! I did the middle management class first,which was 15 minutes of abdominal exercises.Then I did the 1 hour Cardio Fire class which was a lot of kickboxing moves and weight resistance training. After that I went in the pool for abour 10 minutes and the the sauna for 10 minutes. I felt great! Today I took a 1 hour Versa training class which was step aerobics, floor aerobics, kickboxing, weight resistance and the 5 minutes of abdominal work. I was really able to keep up with most of the moves too! Have a great weekend everyone! Sandy

Hello all my exercise buddies! I will be doing 50 minutes on the elliptical machine. I will also do 30 minutes weights and if I have any energy left...I will tackle some crunches. Happy Friday to all! Kelly

Wow! Try to do 30 min weights then cruches then do elliptical machine last one. I have to run to go shoppign to get some gifts for my kids for their valentine presents from my hubby and me SMILE! Kathy k
