Kathy's Excercise Log- Friday
Hello Everyone,
I had a wonderful workout at Healthtrax last night! I did the middle management class first,which was 15 minutes of abdominal exercises.Then I did the 1 hour Cardio Fire class which was a lot of kickboxing moves and weight resistance training. After that I went in the pool for abour 10 minutes and the the sauna for 10 minutes. I felt great!
Today I took a 1 hour Versa training class which was step aerobics, floor aerobics, kickboxing, weight resistance and the 5 minutes of abdominal work. I was really able to keep up with most of the moves too!
