FRIDAY! FRIDAY!!! I did my excercise with my trainer last night for an hour then do my own cardio for 20 min after this. I felt good after work out. I will use my treadmill for 40 min tonight. I will do errands after work and tonight too. Have a nice workout!!! Hugs Kathy K

I will do my treadmill for 20 min tonight and a couple of sets on my ab lounge. I am very sore but I am still going to try to do it. It will be 5 days in a row today. I can barely walk....

Good morning and happy Friday to everyone!! I haven't been posting, but I HAVE been exercising every single day. I am on a roll....I don't want to miss doing exercises. I feel good after I am done, and for the rest of the day. I figured I better post here, I didn't want you to think I was slacking off!! Anne

Just finished the two mile Walk Away the Pounds. I have to get the Four Mile Intense workout...this one and two mile stuff is too easy! Going to Putnam today to see my Dad-he just got back from Florida. Maybe he and I will go for a walk. He's 84 and still puts me to shame in the exercise department. I called last night to see if he would be home today and he says, "well, I go to the cardio clinic (at the hospital) for my workout at 8:30...but I'll be home after that!" What a guy! Annie M 101lbs GONE!
