Hi Kathy! I didnt go to the gym yesterday as I was exhausted in the morning and didnt bring my gym stuff... then half way through the day I wished I had... Anyway, I am going to go today... 30 minutes elliptical 15 treadmill 15 bike. Hugs, Beckie

Hi Kathy I love Wednesdays a****er Aerobics..the instructor is so motivational and gives us a great workout. We did lots of arm and leg routines..and I feel it this morning!! It feels good! WATP 2mile on the agenda for today. Hugs Joanie
