Good Morning Everybody, It will be raining here and I have two doctor appointments today. I will meet my trainer tonight to work hard my workout for an hour then will do my cardio for 20 min after this. Did you make your time for excercise today? Kathy K

Hi Kathy, I have been doing my Walk away the Pounds video every morning,but have found myself getting bored. Last week I went for a Hot Yoga Class. It was so much fun! They keep the temp in the room at 105 degrees which is supposed to help with circulation and stretching. I remembered how much I used to like doing group excercise classes so my whole family has joined the Healhtrax gym which happens to be right across the street from us. Tonight my daughter and I will be doing a 15 min middle management class and then a 1 hour aerobic class called Fire Kick which is a combination muscle and cardio class designed to burn more calories. It involves Fire moves and cardio kickboxing. Wish us luck I think it is going to be great! Sandy

Good Morning! I have nothing as exciting as fire kick Today I will do the elliptical machine for 45 minutes and some crunches. My back has been bothering me lately so, I need to build up the muscles! Everyone have a great day! Love, Kelly

Hi Kelly, Finally I can see you now! SMILE! Have you see your chiropratic for your back? It will take time for your muscle to build up from your back and Take it easy! Have you try to excercise some crunches with excercise ball yet? it will be good for your back. Hugs Kathy K

I took the doggies for a quick spin around the neighborhood. Had intended to walk for a half hour, but it started raining. I would have kept going, but my wussy dogs wanted to get indoors! We only got to walk for 10 minutes...so I'm off to the living room to do my 2 mile Walk Away the Pounds. The dogs LOVE to watch me do that routine! I don't know why, but they do....it's very funny. I guess your dogs never saw that before when you did that and they are protecting you. SMILE!!! I know it is not good weather today but this weekend coming the weather will be cool and sunny outside! Kathy K

Okay, I have been bad with exercise and that is why I have not losted any weight in almost two weeks. So on Monday I decided that no body is going to get on the treadmill for me so I did. I have been doing 20 - 25 min since Monday and I decided that I have to do it 7 days a week. So today I already did my 20 min and I am going dancing salsa so that is a good exercise. Thanks
