Kathy' Excercise Log - Thursday
Hi Kathy,
I have been doing my Walk away the Pounds video every morning,but have found myself getting bored. Last week I went for a Hot Yoga Class. It was so much fun! They keep the temp in the room at 105 degrees which is supposed to help with circulation and stretching. I remembered how much I used to like doing group excercise classes so my whole family has joined the Healhtrax gym which happens to be right across the street from us. Tonight my daughter and I will be doing a 15 min middle management class and then a 1 hour aerobic class called Fire Kick which is a combination muscle and cardio class designed to burn more calories. It involves Fire moves and cardio kickboxing. Wish us luck I think it is going to be great!

I took the doggies for a quick spin around the neighborhood. Had intended to walk for a half hour, but it started raining. I would have kept going, but my wussy dogs wanted to get indoors! We only got to walk for 10 minutes...so I'm off to the living room to do my 2 mile Walk Away the Pounds. The dogs LOVE to watch me do that routine! I don't know why, but they do....it's very funny.

Okay, I have been bad with exercise and that is why I have not losted any weight in almost two weeks. So on Monday I decided that no body is going to get on the treadmill for me so I did. I have been doing 20 - 25 min since Monday and I decided that I have to do it 7 days a week. So today I already did my 20 min and I am going dancing salsa so that is a good exercise. Thanks
