Joanie's Food Log-Tuesday
OK..back to Fitday.com. There has been way to much grazing going on in my house. Lent starts tomorrow and that will give me another excuse...not to eat in between snacks/meals. I am going to up my protein again...I am exercising like a nut and still the scale does not move. I know I am toning, because clothes are feeling better..but I need this scale to move!!
B-1/2 cup cottage cheese w/pineapple
S-protein drink/mozzarella stick
L-chicken salad over a green salad
D-hamburger no bun--spinach
S-momentum

Hi Joanie,
I am not feeling well today, don't know what I am going to eat. Something I ate last night did not agree with me at all! I do plan on trying to get as much water in as possible, and maybe a protein drink. Other than that, I am not sure I will be eating today. If I do, I will post it along with tomorrow's log.

I need to get back to fitday too. I will do good for a while, then I start slacking off. I do much better when I can see everything in black and white though!

S- Q-smart bar (10g)
D- leftover spaghetti sauce w/ cheese (no noodles) (15g)

Hi Joanie,
Sorry I missed you last night. We went to Applebee's after the meeting. There were just 3 of us. Debby, Lise and me.
Tonight I have bowling so I made Tuna salad this morning...so I can grab it and go.
B- protein shake 25g
sn carb control yogurt smoothie 6g
L 3 oz chicken with some green beans 20g
sn lite yogurt 6g
D 30z tuna salad 25g
sn some nuts

B: Protein Shake
S: 1 slice low fat Alpine Lace Cheese
L: 2 Roll ups made of: Turkey Breast, 1 slice cheese
light cream cheese wit chives
rolled in lettuce leaves and dipped
with ff balsamic vinager.
S: 1 oz. mixed nuts
D: oz.ground lean beef mixed with zuccini, yellow squash,
peppers and mshrooms . About 1 1/2 cup veggies total.
All sauted in garlic and the i added
1 tablespoon home made sauce
lots of water and ice tea.
bed tme snack will be a fruit
Hi all... just finished supper and thought of the food log:
B - Total Protein cereal w/raisins and lactaid
s - Coffee w/ 2sc. beneprotein
L - 2 oz filet mignon & 1/4 c mashed potatoes(restaurant leftovers)
s - peanut butter carbwell cereal bar/ dannon lite & fit lemon yogurt
D - 1 turkey meatball, sauce and melted cheese
s - sf popcicles (I live for these)
