Hi Kathy,
I'm glad you are feeling better enough to exercise some. That will make you feel even better.
Today I am going to do the elliptical for 30 minutes.
Then tonight I go bowling ( I bowl in a league here in Milford).....doesn't burn many calories...but it is fun and gets me out of the house.
