I wish I could Figure out how to post a Picture

Well as of Today I am 3 years out and would have love to post an updated picture of myself for everyone to see but it won't let me.   I can say it was the best thing that I have ever done BUT it seems that a lot of times you lose friends after the surgery and marriages Fall apart. Well this weekend is 1 year since my husband walked out on me for a married woman  How do you do the before and after pics?
