I didn't have a great week last week myself. I hopped on the scale (I weigh myself every Monday) and I lost one pound. Down a total of 59. Can't wait to hit the 60 mark! B - protein bar L - not sure yet. My girlfriend at work who also had bypass surgery brought me in something she made. D - boneless skinless chicken breast with tomato sauce (cooked in the crock pot) and asparagus. S - Probably sf popscicle and lots of water. Have a great day! Tammy

Good morning. Here is the menu plan for the day: B- Morning Start Breakfast Bar and a hard boiled egg, 19 gr protein S- Decaf DD coffee, and bottle of Propel water after that L- Small green salad w/feta cheese D- Homemade pizza (toppings only off 2 small slices) S- Not sure, but most likely 1 tbsp. Reduced sugar Peanut Butter and 2 tsps. havarti cheese w/chives. And more water... I am trying to give up my protein shake. I only like the Atkins, which are expensive, and also high in calories. I am trying to see if I can keep my protein over 60 grams without the shake. I need to do something to re-start the weight loss, which has all but stopped in the last 2 months... Hope you all enjoy your day. Anne

Greetings from the "Graveyard Shift"! Between the Super Bowl and my Daughter's birthday, I had a "HIGH- CARB NIGHTMARE" yesterday! It's a good thing that I had to work last night or I may have never stopped eating! Oh Well..... I'll do better today. L: (at work last night) 1/2 sliced turkey sandwich, broccoli with lowfat Italian dressing, seedless grapes. S: low- fat cheese stick B: fat- free cottage cheese with sliced banana, 1/2 cup dry "Fiber One" cereal ( good crunch, high fiber, helps the bowels) S: sf popsicle D: broiled pork chop, spinach salad with low fat dressing, boiled potato Mike

I have not posted in several days, it does seem to help even if I don't stick to it. I am now using fitday, it helps. There is a new work out place here in Groton, Butterfly Life. I am going to check it out with my daughter this afternoon. I have been on a plateau again for over a week. But I have lost 45 lbs. so far. I should be happy, but I hate plateaus. I think I am not doing well in the exercise area. I'll report on it tonight. B - total protein 14 g L - leftover small grinder from last night I estimate 14 g D - leftover grilled chicken salad from lunch yesterday 21 g Maybe a protein supplement or protein bar to boost the protein, if I need a snack I'll have a sf popsicle. Pam L&M meeting on Wed.

I didn't do good this weekend either. My sis is starting atkins today, so we are making sure eachother stays on track. She lives in VA, but we can still support eachother via the phone! B- "Carb Monitor" blueberry muffin L- CC Chocolate milk S- Cottage cheese D- Spaghetti. Mostly meat and I will add a little ricotta to my sauce and have very few noodles. S- who knows...... this is my downfall! Have a great day! Carmen
