Anyone have a great PCP in the Bridgeport area

We are moving from Stamford to Bridgeport in the next two weeks, so I need to find a great PCP that is local. We will be close to St. Vincents, so I was wondering if anyone knew of a good PCP (male or female, but would prefer a female) who is familiar with Gas. Byp. and our needs. Thanks! Jana Ochoa

Hi Jana: I have a wonderful PCP in Fairfield. He is very familiar with Gastric Bypass and all the WLS procedures. Not only is he a good physician, but a caring and present man. He listens and treats his patients with dignity and respect. I went through many PCP's to find this wonderful doctor. She, too, works very closely with and is well versed, having a solid background with pre and post op bariatric issues. She also has a partner that is an exercise physiologist and does the exercise part of our recovery. They will soon be offering a program and space for pre/postop patients to come and exercise in an environment that is friendly to morbidly obese patients and will teach them to exercise properly and begin moving again.
