I was watching a co worker eat some chicken for lunch, and she was nice enough to share the recipe with me. I made it for dinner and it was FABULOUS and easy! What a great combination. You take boneless skinless chicken breast, wet it, and dip it in a combination of parmesean cheese and italian seasoning, and bake. I baked mine at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. Had it with asparagus, for a perfect meal. You can use a little of low fat italian dressing for basting also, that works even better. Just wanted to share with everyone, I'm always borrowing everyone else's ideas and thought I'd share with you. Love, Tammy 58 pounds gone forever

That sounds really good Tammy. I'm going to try that tomorrow I think. I use the Pampered Chef Italian Seasoning and it is wonderful. Whatever kind you use, make sure you rub it together between your hands. I saw this on the food network. It brings the spices to life. I'll let you know how it goes. Hugs, Maggie

Hi Tammy Thank you for sharing this chicken recipe. It sounds good to me and I will ask my hubby to put this chicken on the grill instead of in the oven because I love the taste of the grill YUMMY!! Hugs Kathy K
