In the summer of 2004 edition of WLS Lifestyles magazine there was an article regarding Wlater Lindstrom, an attorney who had WLS and then Lap banding on top of it. He represents folks denied by insurance companies, etc. He is nationwide, his practice is called the Obesity Law and Advocacy Center in San Diego, California.
