Another party here today! I am not too structured in my eating...but will try to make this look like a menu~
B-1 oz of cheese *while I was cutting it up for the party
6 pretzels w/spinach dip (had to test it!)
L-Protein drink
D-turkey Chili-salad
S-roast beef...wrapped around some cheese

You know, I think I'm having a harder time with food today than I did at Christmas. Super Bowl equaled fried and oven baked goodies all day. Hubby still wants some of his things so I hope I can be good... Not anticipating having an ideal WLS day.
B= White Choclate Peanut Butter 1.5 oz Detour Bar (Heavenly)
S= Carb Well Cereal Bar
L= Shake
S= Betty Crocker Low Carb Choc. Chip Cookies (2)
D= Will not be pretty I'm sure..

Not a pretty menu day here for me today either. We traveled up to Chinatown in Boston and met some friends for a pre-Chinese New Year lunch and a little shopping mixed with a play date. At least we did a lot of walking to counter act my weird food day today. I guess you have to expect to have a not so stellar day once in a while, right?
B- Carb Well breakfast bar
L - Steamed Tofu and Peking Duck
D - McDonalds Cheeseburger
(told you it was not pretty)
Coffee and Water for the rest of the day
s - sf popcicle, possibly popcorn w/spray butter
No****ching the game tonight - baseball is my game. Looking forward to Desperate Housewives----- LOVE that show.

Breakfast: Protein Shake
Lunch: 3 oz. roasted turkey breast
5 brussell sprouts with 1 teas. marg.
Snack: 1/3 cup assorted nuts
Dinner: Salad with 1/4 green pepper, 1 radish,
2 oz. l/f cheese, 2 oz. tuna and 2 tablesp.
f/f dressing
Snack: 1 pear
Lots of water, decafe tea all day long.
Walked for 45 minutes. HOW DID I DO????
